A good week for training and business

This last week I have managed to run two personal best. A 5 km run in 19.49 and a 3 km run in 11.25. For both these there was more in reserve. My body is feeling great and really responding to the training as my injuries have cleared up and this year there is no rugby to break my body down.

I have spent a frustrating week putting the final touches to the One2one nutrition members area. As ever with computers it all feels good when you finally crack the problem. This area should really add something and helps my clients achieve their goals.

Rugby wise I was confirmed as the new fitness coach of the Swedish national team. I am greatly looking forward to this as I can for see the team shooting up the world rankings with the conditioning routines I have planned. On the other side of the rugby world Northlands province in Fiji have received their four month off season training plan. If instigated correctly they will be up near the top of the Sanyo cup next season.

Welcome

Hello and welcome to my first post in the One2one nutrition blog. This will contain all things about health and fitness from my life and that of my business. I will also include information about Rugby fitness training and my Rugby website.
