Issue 219:

One2one Nutrition News

The first article is about cholesterol. Despite what we are told by experts about cholesterol the research is not as concrete as the medical industry would have us believe. The first article today is showing the relationship of cholesterol to heart disease. It comes from the book $29 billion reasons to lie about Cholesterol. This is one of the best books I read last year. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has cholesterol issues.

This issue is also important to the lay person as linked closely to this argument is that saturated fat causes high cholesterol which causes heart disease. If cholesterol does not cause heart diseases and saturated fat does not cause high cholesterol then you must wonder why we are told to cut this out of our diet? Take a look at the article and book by Justin Smith

The second article details some exercises you can do at home to accelerate fat loss. If you have been reading this newsletter for any length of time then you know that fat loss comes from nutrition and resolving blocking factors first. The exercise is then the icing on the cake. Take a look at the article today to understand the elements behind exercising for fat loss within the comfort of your own home.

The final article is about the hidden and silent battle that is getting in shape. One of the many problems of losing body fat is that many of the most important elements may just pass by without you even noticing that was "the battle" you should have won. This is akin to the "Phoney War" which was the term coined at the beginning of World War II.

An update on the daily newsletters. My book Change Your Thinking, Change Your Shape is at hopefully its final edit before publishing it. When this comes out the daily newsletters will start, I have almost 6 month's worth written. They are bigger than the book! So be patient!!
